About First Gen Success
First Gen Success is a 501 (c)(3) organization in the Charlotte, NC area with a mission to close the gender disparity gap by inspiring young girls (high school seniors) who will be the first in their family to graduate from a degree program.

To advance this mission, we offer academic support with comprehensive college counseling, test preparation, study skills, leadership training, access to career professionals, and ongoing support through successful college graduation.
Nurture, advance, and celebrate the potential of high-performing, underserved high school girls seeking to become first-generation college students and leaders in their school, workplace, and community.
To create an environment that empowers young girls to recognize and develop their unique strengths and ability to advocate for themselves and their communities.
